Hamilton Engineering & Surveying team was significantly involved with the 239-acre Waterleaf Community in Riverview, Florida. Waterleaf includes 630 single family residential units and an amenity center. Hamilton Engineering & Surveying provided support throughout the base data collection phase, master planning, final design phase, permitting phase, platting phase, bidding assistance, landscape architecture phase, and construction phase. Specific services included, but were not limited to, boundary survey, earthwork analysis, developing and approving a mater utility plan, developing construction plans, obtaining FDEP utility permits, NPDES permit, preparing a preliminary and final plat, coordinating with Hillsborough County, construction staking, street tree planning, record drawings, and final certifications.
