Located in Wimauma, Florida, the gated community consists of over 650 single family residential units and an impressive amenity center on 280 acres. Throughout multiple phases, Hamilton Engineering & Surveying scope of work included civil engineering, surveying, site design, permitting, and construction administration. Along with the general services offered, Hamilton Engineering & Surveying supported the ACOE permitting process for Sereno. This included a field review of the existing wetland line, assessing impacts, and applying for Individual Permit from the ACOE.
