The Southshore Bay Community is a 680-acre Master Planned Mixed Use Development and consists of 2,500 single family residential units. The community includes a separate section for Active Adult living and Hillsborough County’s only Crystal Lagoon®.  In 2018, Southshore Bay was recognized by TBBA and won the Master Planned Community of the year. Hamilton Engineering & Surveying team significantly contributed to the community’s success and recognition by providing environmental, master planning, final design phase, permitting, platting, and construction administration services. This specifically included, but was not limited to, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, tree surveys, legal descriptions and sketches, master utility plans, site plan exhibits, preparing and processing of LOMR applications, construction staking, and preparing of as-builts.
