Located in Zephyrhills, Florida, Hamilton Engineering & Surveying provided necessary services to revitalize the Silverado Ranch Community. The 80-acre expansion includes incredible new amenities, a dog park, and miles of trails. Silverado Ranch is located in a Basin of Special Concern, which presented unique challenges that were met by Hamilton Engineering & Surveying dedicated team. They provided services to meet the additional required stormwater permitting criteria, such as assessing environmental risks, performing a wildlife and habitat assessment, coordinating with SWFWMD and ACOE, performing a gopher tortoise burrow survey, performing a wetland delineation, and completing a topography and tree survey.
