Parramore Oaks Phase II in Orlando, Florida is a 91-unit two and four-story affordable apartment community close to downtown Orlando. The apartment community will be similar in style to Phase I as to the unit and building design.  There will be eleven 1-Bedroom, fifty-eight 2-Bedroom, and twenty-two 3-Bedroom apartment homes.  All units will be income-restricted. Hamilton Engineering & Surveying is providing civil design and land survey services, and the plan preparation and permit processing with the City of Orlando, the Orlando Utility Company (OUC), the Florida Department of the Environment (FDEP), and the St Johns Water Management District (SJWMD).
