Ibis Walk
Project details:
Ibis Walk is a walkable mixed-used community featuring approximately 50,000 square feet of retail, office space, and Class A apartments. The project is a re-development of the Celotex Industries industrial site in St. Petersburg, Florida. Hamilton Engineering & Surveying team worked with several different clients to successfully develop the Ibis Walk Master Plan project and provided a range of services. The multi-family project consisted of 411 units on 22 acres with a 500-space parking garage. Hamilton Engineering & Surveying provided civil engineering, permitting, and construction administration services for this project. These services were also offered for retail buildings, such as Walgreens.
More recently, Hamilton Engineering & Surveying provided a feasibility study including allowable uses, density, and permitting requirements. This included a review of the current zoning conditions approved by the City of St. Petersburg to determine zoning and permitting requirements for the project, and providing a schematic site design based on the site survey and the preliminary requirements of the owner.
