The Flamingo Crossings mixed-use development is located west of Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. It will consist of half a million square feet of retail, 5,000 hotel and timeshare units, and over 1,000 apartment units. The 450-acre development will be home to branded lodging, retail, and dining in a pedestrian-friendly environment. Hamilton Engineering & Surveying team provided exemplary construction surveying services for the Walgreens, Hampton Inn & Suites and an apartment complex within Flamingo Crossings. This included construction staking for earthwork, utilities, roadway and parking areas, sidewalks, and the buildings.
