Hamilton Engineering & Surveying team contributed to the construction of the Starbucks Restaurant and associated parking on Kennedy Boulevard in Tampa, Florida. They provided site engineering, landscape architectural plan, site permitting, NPDES permitting, and construction administration services. In addition to these general services provided, Hamilton Engineering & Surveying coordinated FDOT access connection permitting and FDOT drainage connection permitting.

As well as the Starbucks in Tampa, Florida, Hamilton Engineering & Surveying provided similar services to Starbucks locations in Viera, Lakeland, Orlando, Temple Terrace, Winter Haven, Odessa, Zephyrhills, and Lutz.
