The 5-acre lagoon within the Southshore Bay Community is one of the nation’s first Crystal Lagoons® amenity. Here, residents and guests, can enjoy the crystal-clear waters by lounging by the water, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and many other activities. The lagoon offers lawn games, beach volleyball, a swim-up bar, and cabana cove. Hamilton Engineering & Surveying provided site engineering, surveying, permitting, and construction administration services for the lagoon. More specifically, HESI’s team offered photometric design plans and drone aerial mapping.
