responsibilities

As a Survey Tech at Hamilton, you will work on diverse projects within the surveying industry. You will work in a flexible and active work environment. Hamilton is looking for applicants that are interested in career-oriented work. Our diverse project scopes allow you to diversify your skill sets while working with other professionals such as: environmental,construction/excavation and regulatory teams across the business.

No experience necessary. Training provided.

Drives to and from sites daily.
Set up, adjust, and operate survey equipment including: level, robotic total station, data collector and GPS equipment
Measure distances, angles, and elevations for staking purposes.
Utilizing various surveying equipment to measure miscellaneous data.
Follow Hamilton’s safety protocols.
Effectively communicate with team leads
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to learn/teach
Physical capabilities: Lift 50 lbs.; driving lath with small sledge; on feet 4-5 hrs. at a time
work in direct sunlight
