Pasco-Hernando State College is a public college with campuses in Pasco County and Hernando County. The Spring Hill Campus serves the growing population in southwestern Hernando County and approximately 1,400 students. The seven-building campus consists of a college store, conference center, library, technology and academic success center and multiple classroom buildings. Hamilton Engineering & Surveying assisted the architect in design changes and with permit modifications to re-configure a pond and parking. In addition, Hamilton Engineering & Surveying team provided a topographic and tree survey and construction staking for ponds, swales, building pads, utilities, parking, access roads, sidewalks and fences.
