The Brandon Support Operations Complex (BSOC) is a county government office for public utilities. At this location, residents can request water quality reports, to start, stop or transfer water and/or wastewater services and drop off waste for the Cooking Oil Recycling Effort.  For BSOC’s parking lot expansion project, Hamilton Engineering & Surveying provided a feasibility study, a schematic site design, a topographic and tree survey, site engineering, a landscape architectural plan, site permitting and construction administration.
