The dual-brand property, The Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites, by Hilton is in the Channel District of downtown Tampa. The hotel has 213 rooms, an outdoor rooftop pool, a fitness center and is minutes away from Tampa Convention Center, the Florida Aquarium, Amalie Arena, Water Street, USF College of Medicine and Port Tampa Bay. Hamilton Engineering & Surveying provided site investigation, site engineering, site permitting and construction administration services for the hotel and parking garage structure.  Site investigation services included a preliminary investigation through the City of Tampa, SWFWMD, and FDOT to determine zoning, permitting, landscaping, fire, utility, stormwater, access, transportation, concurrency, signage and fee requirements for the project.
